Omlet Reviews

I really like the idea behind the Omlet setup, and compared to some of the older coops I’ve used in the past, it definitely has a more modern feel. That said, cleaning it hasn’t been as easy as I hoped. After a while, the trays don’t slide quite as smoothly, and dirt and bits of mess tend to get stuck in the corners. If I want to give it a proper wash, I have to take more parts apart than I expected, and a few spots are hard to reach unless I really scrub. For the price, I thought the maintenance would be a bit simpler. It’s not awful, but cleaning day is definitely not something I look forward to

Setup was easy, more than I expected actually. It does what it should do, no big problems with it so far.

I really wanted to like this coop, but my chickens just don’t seem all that comfortable in it. It’s easy for me to clean, which is nice, but the inside feels a bit cramped and the roosting setup seems kind of awkward for them. On warmer days, it also gets stuffy in there. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot more comfortable for the birds...

I tried using it, but it was literally not as compatible as I expected. It just didn’t work well with what I needed, so it ended up being kind of disappointing.

My order got here right on time, which I appreciated, but the outer box was a little dented and scuffed up (not the best first impression). Luckily, everything inside was totally fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d just hope for a bit better packing next time.

Had to wait days for a reply. And when it finally came, it didn’t really answer my question. I had to follow up again. For a simple order issue, it was frustrating.

I got the Omlet automatic door a few months ago, and so far it’s been reliable overall. It seems to open and close when it’s supposed to, even when the weather hasn’t been great. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the setup took me a little while, and the timer was maybe a bit confusing at first. Once I got everything figured out, though, it’s been working fine.

I wasn’t totally sure at first since it’s not exactly the cheapest option online, but once I saw the quality, the price felt fair. It feels sturdy and well made, and I’m guessing it’ll hold up for a long time just based on how solid everything seems. Ordering from omlet was simple, and everything arrived just like I expected. Overall, I’m happy with the value...

They did eventually fix it, so I’ll give them that, but it was way too late by then. I was already frustrated, and the whole thing just dragged on longer than it should have. Glad it got sorted, I guess, but the timing really ruined the experience.

The coop looks really cute in the yard, but the latch feels flimsy. I keep finding myself worrying about it at night, and it’s been a little mentally draining wondering if it’s actually secure enough.

I got this coop from omlet.us and overall the airflow has been really good. It doesn’t seem to get that stuffy feeling, even when it’s warmer out, which was kind of what I was hoping for. The temperature feels a lot steadier than our old setup too. I did have to mess with the vents a bit at first, like... just figuring out what worked best, so I’d give it 4 stars.

We’ve had our Omlet coop for a little over a year now, it’s held up well. It still feels solid, and it’s been easy to keep clean, which matters to me because if you’re going to keep chickens, you owe it to them to give them a safe, tidy place to live. A few of the clips are starting to feel a bit worn, but nothing has actually broken. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

The run space ended up being smaller than I expected, and getting in there to clean is kind of annoying. I also wish the instructions had been clearer, because setup and figuring out the best way to access everything took more time than it should have...

My snap judgment: this turned out good. All the hardware was in the box, and most of the parts lined up fine. I did have to wiggle a couple pieces around to get them to fit right, but it wasn’t a big deal. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but overall I’m happy with it...

I’m happy with how easy this coop is to move. The wheels roll and turn well, even over my uneven, bumpy grass, which was a nice surprise. It makes cleaning it out and switching spots in the yard so much less of a hassle. Definitely feels like a smart design if you don’t want to wrestle with your coop every time you move it.

Setup was really clear. I kept expecting there to be some little confusing step, because that usually happens with this kind of thing, but nope, I just followed along and it all made sense. Kind of nice when something just works and you don’t have to stop and wonder what you missed.

I’ve been using it for a bit now, i feel safe with it. It gives me some extra peace of mind, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m satisfied with it and glad I got it.

I ordered from omlet and expected it to take a bit longer, but it arrived quicker than I thought. The tracking was super easy to follow too, which was a nice bonus. Felt like a small win getting it sooner than planned—no complaints at all.
